About Me

I’m interested in introducing technology to archaic industries, in order to align incentives and improve people’s lives. I'm currently doing this as the Co-Founder & CEO of Ladder, an automated recruiting system for construction companies to find, qualify, and hire top construction workers.

Before Ladder, I spent time at variety of companies, both big and small, in roles that range product, engineering, and operations. I also helped launch various initiatives focused on building up an entrepreneurship community at my alma mater, Purdue University (Class of 2020).

When I’m not working on Ladder, you can either catch me at your local rec center playing basketball or on Xbox Live playing Warzone with the homies.
